New RAM 2500 Purchase We found a new 2500 and 3500 RAM at Ganley's website. The price listed seemed quite fair. I researched the trucks with the options that each had lis We found a new 2500 and 3500 RAM at Ganley's website. The price listed seemed quite fair. I researched the trucks with the options that each had listed on the NADA website. NADA provided a MSRP and a Dealer Cost for each truck. The price that Ganley listed was the price we paid. No further ad-ons or take-aways. We ended up purchasing the 2500. I understand that there are dealer incentives that I have no knowledge of but all dealerships have the advantage of that. The price we paid was still well under the NADA Dealer Cost that I found. The staff was friendly and efficient. We did arrive at 3:45 on Saturday of the Labor Day weekend which may have added to their efficiency but we weren't rushed at any point. (They may have been.) We test drove both trucks, completed the paperwork and were on our way in three hours. More

They have always worked hard to give us the best deals possible, and even lose money to make sure we are satisfied with our purchases. We consider Henry Bailey a friend, he has gone above and beyond over the past few years for us and its appreciated. Henry is always available day and night to answer our calls! Justin Taylor has been great as far as working our financing and has made himself available even after hours to assist us with questions! He even let us borrow a vehicle when we needed to move an item that was too large for our vehicles at the time. The entire staff at Ganley knows us on a first name basis, and is always goes out of their way to say hello (even if it's just in passing). We feel valued there and will continue to purchase and send people their way! Our last purchase was a 2016 Ram Big Horn, we told them our terms and not only did they meet them on several occasions, they even bested what we had asked for! The day we decided to purchase, Henry and Justin made sure all the paperwork was complete and the vehicle was ready for a simple "sign and drive" we literally only spent 15 minutes in the dealership! Waiting at a sales desk and finance table is grueling and not desired by anyone. These guys literally did everything over the phone and email it was the fastest car purchase we have made!
