I would recommend Kim and Zack in the Service Dept. any day of the week. At the Front End, I recommend Patrick. I can't say much about the other personnel there. any day of the week. At the Front End, I recommend Patrick. I can't say much about the other personnel there. More

This dealership use to be excellent when it came to workmanship in the service department but has gotten worse over the years. I have been going here for over 10 years now. I have been getting very bad workmanship in the service department but has gotten worse over the years. I have been going here for over 10 years now. I have been getting very bad experiences every time I come here now. I always get my vehicle back with something broken or missing. Recently was the third time i brought it there for a repair and stuff was missing or broken. The first was when i had my radiator replaced and when i got it back almost all the plastic fasteners that hold the grill on was either destroyed or missing, all my head lights were unplugged and one plug was cracked, I didn't catch this until i drove it at night and my dash went crazy because everything was unplugged. The second time i brought it here for a repair the heads needed to be replaced. When i went to pick it up decided to start checking under the hood at the work they performed, and now most my wire harnesses coating (tape/Loom) was missing and just bear wire showing. I complained, was told oh it was just old and refused to re-wrap the harnesses. Said it was fine, I guess they don't know vibration from the engine can cause problems later. The third time i took the vehicle there was only a few weeks ago for an oil leak. Once again I checked under the hood to inspect the work, now I have wire harness grommets left unplugged, the harness is just hanging there. There was missing parts, and broken parts. I complained again the adviser seem more concerned about the tech not touching it then fixing it. The advisor did order the missing parts. When the parts came in i dropped the vehicle off again, when told it was done i inspected the engine again. and again harness is disconnected. some of the new parts where installed upside down and now i have a leaking thermostat. I ask about the leaking thermostat, I asked if that was something that could just be tightened, instead of helping me resolve the problem the advisor got angry and started defending the tech again saying he didn't touch that. Like i am suppose to believe the same person that forgot parts and left thing unplugged didn't touch anything. Now the advisor is getting angry and telling me that I have to pay if i want the leak looked at, which is weird since I have a mopar warranty, but its possible the warranty didn't cover that. But shouldn't the tech who has his hands in my engine notice the leak and just told me it was there and I could have authorized payment if needed. Out of frustration I ended up just fixing it myself. So I would be cautious going to the dealership now. If you do I recommended taking pictures or even video of where ever the repair will be made before handing over the keys. In the future i will be looking at competitors for see if i get better service. I hope this helps someone. More
