Great service experience in the service Dept welcome and checkout area- very clean and as always professional people. Only thing was when I got keys back- my drivers seat had been adjusted so far away from checkout area- very clean and as always professional people. Unfortunately the service team at Fred Anderson in Sanford is much more interested in proving they don't need to do more to fix a structural problem with my car than actually fixing it. I have grown Sanford is much more interested in proving they don't need to do more to fix a structural problem with my car than actually fixing it. I have grown very tired of being told unnecessary noise in the cabin is "within allowable limits" when anyone else's SUV that I get in does not make those type noises. My problem started six months after purchase and remains a problem two years later. More

I waited for my car to be service. While in the waiting area 2 other customers were very rude speaking loudly into their cell phones and/or increasing cell phone volume while watching videos. At least 4 or area 2 other customers were very rude speaking loudly into their cell phones and/or increasing cell phone volume while watching videos. At least 4 or 5 Fred Anderson employees walked through this area and heard the annoying behavior but said nothing. When my vehicle was finally ready I observed dirt smudges where the service employee had been seated and on the driver door interior. These complaints seem to be habitual. If they continue, my next auto purchase will not be from Fred Anderson. More

As always Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford service department knocked it out of the park. They saw me on time, exactly at my scheduled appointment - they are the only service department I've used in 2 department knocked it out of the park. They saw me on time, exactly at my scheduled appointment - they are the only service department I've used in 25 years that has done that, usually they make you wait. FATS service department did excellent work and it was completed on time. More
