Service good, but price unreasonable After having 12 volt battery replaced keyless entry would not function. The tech stated the 2 keys would have to be reprogramed. This took 45 minute After having 12 volt battery replaced keyless entry would not function. The tech stated the 2 keys would have to be reprogramed. This took 45 minutes, with initial charge of $300. This was later reduced to $200, but I still found this to be unreasonable. Summary states the keyless switch was off and had to be turned on. If that was all that was actually done, then the charge was more than excessive. It was performed in a timely manner (appt. was at 9, and finished by 9:45). More

Appointment TImes I made an appointment for 11:30 and at 1:30 had to ask how much longer would it take. When asked about they had to look for my car and it was sitting I made an appointment for 11:30 and at 1:30 had to ask how much longer would it take. When asked about they had to look for my car and it was sitting around back. I make an appointment because I work and I don't have that long for lunch. If it can't be done in that time frame then I would have been glad to reschedule all they had to do was tell me that they were overbooked. More

Way too over priced, staff didn’t know much of anything. I drive a hybrid car, and when I went to pick my car up after the oil change, it had been left in the BATTERY in mode and nobody could tell me for ho I drive a hybrid car, and when I went to pick my car up after the oil change, it had been left in the BATTERY in mode and nobody could tell me for how long. They didn’t want to do anything about it either. Will never go back, I’ll just stick to my Just Tires and I suggest you guys go elsewhere too! More
