Absolutely amazing service!! This is my 2nd car to buy from there in 2 years. I won’t buy from anyone else! My car was a Custom order so they kept me completely up to date on when the car would make it h from there in 2 years. I won’t buy from anyone else! Still waiting for Service Dept Schedule appointment for Tuesday August 27, 2019. Dropped truck off Monday evening August 26, 2019. Dealership has not contacted us regarding the stat Schedule appointment for Tuesday August 27, 2019. Dropped truck off Monday evening August 26, 2019. Dealership has not contacted us regarding the status of repairs. Called afternoon of August 29, 2019 @ 1:54 pm and was told the service department would call back. Received call back at 2:14 pm. Craig said he'd find out status and call back. Stopped by @ 3:38 pm since no one called back. Was informed by Craig still didn't know status because he'd been busy. He said as soon as he got caught up which would be 10-15 minutes he'd check with the tech and give me a call. Was unable to confirm that truck had even been looked at. Still waiting on the call and its 5:23 pm. Rodney walked by several times and said he's got it pointing at Craig. Furthermore, I asked Craig..." If I schedule an appointment shouldn't I expect it to be looked at on that day." His response was the tech was busy and he didn't have an answer. More

Traveling Buyers This is more of an update to my previous review. Someone called us within minutes of our last post being submitted. While I would not recommend anyone This is more of an update to my previous review. Someone called us within minutes of our last post being submitted. While I would not recommend anyone traveling to buy from this dealership if you live in the area I would recommend them. We ran into several problems with our new truck. We seemed to fall through the cracks while waiting for our truck to be setup with the accessories we bought. It happens. When I picked the truck up I forgot to ask for the keys to the tool box and didn't check the lights. Turned out the new bed was wired incorrectly and there weren't any keys to the toolboxes. I tell you all of this because I think you should know they went out of their way to make it right. Keys were over nighted to me so we could find the ones that work, then duplicate keys were sent to me. As for the wiring we took it to the dealership closest to our home and had it fixed. While we may need to name our new truck Carrie the dealership went out of their way to make it right. We are very happy with the new truck. If you have this dealership add accessories double check their work and get updates to make sure you don't fall through the cracks. I do believe they want everyone to have a positive experience with them and will go above and beyond to make that happen. Kaelen Knight was so very attentive while working through these problems. More
