Since 2001, Findlay Toyota has never let me down! I now live out of area and still insist on going to this dealership. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SERVICE HERE, They do a horrible job, they dont pay attention to the work they do, they have lazy incompetent employees, They dont honor warranties, and they dont own they o horrible job, they dont pay attention to the work they do, they have lazy incompetent employees, They dont honor warranties, and they dont own they own employees mistakes, they ruined my vehicle accessory that cost me over $1600 and kept my vehicle for 3 days without getting any work done. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO FINDLAY TOYOTA SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More

First of all Jordan didn't help me this time. Kai did. 2nd I was offered a loaner car but ther3 were none available. 3rd I just got my drums replaced, $100 part $250 in labor.
