Kaitlin is great! ! I was disappointed that this was my second trip for the same malfunction. Unfortunately, it was misdiagnosed and repaired on the first trip costin ! (Wrong part changed) Only for me to return for an $860.00 ticket discounted by $200 as an apology for repairing the incorrect part. Seems unfair I have to pay for your mistake. More
