Our salesperson, Kali, was very knowledgeable, friendly and available for help, immediately, anytime we reached out. We scheduled a test drive/pick-up date and the car was ready and perfectly detailed when we got there. The signing process was painless and took under 5 minutes. All staff there that day were extremely friendly and helpful. We purchased our Tesla Model 3 and they even helped us with securing the $4k tax credit to be used as an extra down payment on top of our existing down payment which brought down the cost significantly. If you’re in the market, absolutely pay Birmingham Luxury Motors a visit! More

My experience with Birmingham Luxury Motor started off positive, but it quickly went downhill. After the purchase, several basic functions on the vehicle stopped working. When I reached out for help, gett positive, but it quickly went downhill. After the purchase, several basic functions on the vehicle stopped working. When I reached out for help, getting repairs has been difficult and frustrating. To make matters worse, they’re attempting to fix an upscale vehicle using aftermarket parts, which is unacceptable for a luxury purchase. What seemed like a good deal at first has turned into a major disappointment. I do not recommend buying a car from them. Be aware and proceed with caution. More

I purchased my first Tesla two years ago, and Kali was over the top in customer service, she is dedicated to her customers and worked so well with me. I sought Kali out to purchase my second Tesla. She and the BLM staff are really great to work with, just as before. The staff is so friendly. My only complaint, the paperwork took much longer this time, I think they may have a newer system. Paid $1200 for transport in my loan, they were unable to arrange it timely, so I went to pick it up and drove it 36 hours home and they have been giving me the run around for 3 months about the refund of th arrange it timely, so I went to pick it up and drove it 36 hours home and they have been giving me the run around for 3 months about the refund of the $1200. They were sending it to me then to my bank then to me again then back to the bank. No one has received it and now they won’t respond. Very dishonest people. Bottom line , you were paid for a service you did not provide. More
