I’m officially a very happy customer! I just bought my first Tesla from Birmingham Luxury Motors, and I can't say enough about Kali Verzone. Since I live out of state, Kali went above and I just bought my first Tesla from Birmingham Luxury Motors, and I can't say enough about Kali Verzone. Since I live out of state, Kali went above and beyond to be my eyes and ears, documenting every detail with total honesty. Her sweet introduction video and constant communication took all the stress out of a long-distance purchase. She even connected me with Jack, who executed an excellent wrap on the car before I even saw it. The previous owner clearly took immaculate care of the vehicle, and I feel like I found a real treasure. Thank you, Kali, for such an amazing experience! More

I would not recommend this dealership. It took 17 days to deliver the vehicle after purchase, even though we were told 5-7 days. The delay was caused supposedly by shipping and because there was a cracked windshield (how was this not discovered until after the vehicle was purchased?). This was already frustrating, but the bigger issue is what happened next. 28 days later, the car we traded in still has not been paid off. I have had to make two car payments now this month, in addition to having to have car insurance on a car I did not own for 17 days. We have repeatedly tried to resolve this, but the manager refuses to speak with us, leaving us with no answers and no accountability. Our salesperson has been amazing, but the manager will not talk to us. This has caused unnecessary stress and could have serious financial consequences for us. Buying a car should not involve this level of delay, poor communication, and lack of follow-through. If you’re considering this dealership, proceed with caution. More

I want to start my review with the positives and then work my way to negative. Positive: 1. Car showed up cleaned and without any damages Negative: 1. Sales people (Mike) and Lance are slow and non responsive. Mike never bothered to send us a video walkthrough and Andy another Sales rep did when Mike was out 2. The are not straightforward. We were told the car had 2 cards and had full self driving capability yet when we received the car, it’s not and when I contacted Mike, he said that it has the computer and not included. Also only one card is all you get 3. I asked multiple people to remove stickers yet car shows up with their sticker 4. Shipping was a big issue. Even though we were charged when they advertised free shipping cause we opted to not purchase their extended warranty, they took forever to ship the car and never provided any updates. I had to chase them down to find updates yet they would not provide anything and will always say I was about to call you 5. They ask to mail and not e sign cause they have some weird title company. Not the first time I have purchased a car from out of state and all have been handled through e sign 6. Honesty is definitely not their forte and unless you can physically check the vehicle in person, purchasing it sight on seeing is definitely not recommended More
