My experience with Birmingham Luxury Motor started off positive, but it quickly went downhill. After the purchase, several basic functions on the vehicle stopped working. When I reached out for help, getting repairs has been difficult and frustrating. To make matters worse, they’re attempting to fix an upscale vehicle using aftermarket parts, which is unacceptable for a luxury purchase. What seemed like a good deal at first has turned into a major disappointment. I do not recommend buying a car from them. Be aware and proceed with caution. More

I purchased my first Tesla two years ago, and Kali was over the top in customer service, she is dedicated to her customers and worked so well with me. I sought Kali out to purchase my second Tesla. Paid $1200 for transport in my loan, they were unable to arrange it timely, so I went to pick it up and drove it 36 hours home and they have been giving me the run around for 3 months about the refund of th arrange it timely, so I went to pick it up and drove it 36 hours home and they have been giving me the run around for 3 months about the refund of the $1200. They were sending it to me then to my bank then to me again then back to the bank. No one has received it and now they won’t respond. Very dishonest people. Bottom line , you were paid for a service you did not provide. More
