I went in on Friday my salesman was Kamarie. I receive horrible customer service from this dealership. They gave me a car with problems. The car was nasty in the inside. The maintenance light ca I receive horrible customer service from this dealership. They gave me a car with problems. The car was nasty in the inside. The maintenance light came on after having it for 3 days. The brakes are rubbing and grinding. I called Kamarie to tell him what was going on never received a call back. I went in yesterday to talk to someone. I ended up talking to Tiffany Phillips (General Sales Manager) who was extremely rude. I ask to speak to someone over her she said he was not there today. Ask if she could assist me in getting another vehicle. She then tried to low ball me with a 2019 vehicle and I had a 2020 vehicle that I purchase. I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated from the beginning to the end. This situation with this car still have not been resolved. I only had the car since last Friday and I am having problems with it already. Tiffany refuse to give me something newer and better than what they sold me. A nasty car with a loose key and lights coming on with grinding brakes. More
