Nice staff. The showroom looks awful. Tape on the ground, cubicles that are falling apart, and piles of stuff in some of the cubicles. Looks at Toyota or Honda’s showroom and then look at this one. Great experience! Kamarie was responsive and helpful through the entire process. Finance was a bit slow. Really the only slowdown at all was getting the paperwork in order. My mother tried to buy a vehicle from them, and was treated horribly. She called and left several messages for them to call her back, never heard a word from them. She was going to pay cash on a $50k treated horribly. She called and left several messages for them to call her back, never heard a word from them. She was going to pay cash on a $50k plus vehicle, and they blew her off. So, we went elsewhere, and found someone who wanted her business. Would not recommend going to them, didn't seem very willing to help someone buy a vehicle. I guess when they trade in on another new vehicle in a few years, they will know not to even look here. More
