Wonderful Mercedes Experience! When I first entered the MB dealership, I was dressed in jeans and tennis shoes and thought, "I bet these guys don't give me the time of day." But I When I first entered the MB dealership, I was dressed in jeans and tennis shoes and thought, "I bet these guys don't give me the time of day." But I was wrong. Jim Plank greeted me with professional courtesy and kindness and made me feel very welcome. He did in fact, give me his full and gracious attention. (Furthermore, I was just checking out MB based on my husband's recommendation. I was fully intending on getting a Subaru, so Mr. Plank had a ways to go to get me to even consider an expensive luxury car!). His approach was honest and knowledgeable and before long, I was hooked. My husband and I really enjoyed our time with Mr. Plank and were soon the proud owners of a GLA (his name is Ben). I would definitely recommend Mr. Plank and the Westminster MB dealership to anyone in the market for a new Subaru (I mean Mercedes Benz!). PS. Mr. Weiler and KB were great too!!! More

Jeff and his team were very accommodating to our schedule. They even came 25 minutes to OUR house to appraise our trade in. They got all the paperwork ready prior to us coming in and we were out under two hours. We have two small children that had a wonderful time there as well. They were given juice and milk as well as teddy bears. They also enjoyed looking at and going inside the smart car located next to Jeff's' desk. More
