My only complaint is the document fee of over $900 for a few records going to Connecticut. Its partly on me, because I am not a great negotiator, but it still rubs me the wrong way. It seems all car dealers charge these fees these days, but I feel there should be some accounting for how much is charged. More

Easy process from the beginning. I found the exact vehicle I wanted on the Chevrolet website. Nicco reached out to me about the car and I ended up putting a deposit on it. Because I was looking for a car quickly and the specific one I wanted was in transport, Nicco was able to track down a matching vehicle and had it on the dealership lot within a matter of days. This was excellent news because I couldn’t find this specific model and trim anywhere else. I had other dealerships calling me and insisting that I upgrade to a higher trim level or AWD which I did not want. Nicco understood that and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted. Before the weekend pickup, I worked with Nicco to ensure he had everything required for the rebates and discounts being applied to the purchase. This made for a speedy process with Kamila in finance.
