Top notch customer service I brought my 2017 Civic to have the air conditioning fixed as it was blowing hot air. It is only two years old so it should not be broken but because I brought my 2017 Civic to have the air conditioning fixed as it was blowing hot air. It is only two years old so it should not be broken but because I was over my mileage for warranty, the service advisor had to call into American Honda to make sure they would cover the work. Service manager, Kanoa, went above and beyond to ensure the work was covered not only under warranty, but under the recall notice. Because I had to bring the car in a few times to have it diagnosed, Kanoa made sure my car was fixed correctly with minimal out-of-pocket expense. There were a couple snafus along the way but overall I am thrilled with Windward Honda's service department and highly recommend them to anyone on the island. They do great work, they are accommodating to their customers, professional, and work hard to go above and beyond to make sure your car and you, as a customer, are well taken care of! More

Service Department Great service for my 2019 Honda Accord. Kanoa always takes care of me. New car purchase Stopped in to service my Fit and decided to inquire about possibly purchasing a new 2019 Insight thru the Costco program. I was assigned Matt Chong. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in presenting the important information and going over purchase scenario. Long story short, we were able to pencil out a fair deal that I am happy with. Picked up my new Insight today!! I would strongly recommend Windward Honda and Matt Chong. Great people that care, great service department, they make it easy and painless. I’m a believer!!! Honda has been the best vehicle I have owned. More
