Awesome Kanoa was able to get me a discount on my battery part. I was told on the phone before coming in that I was able to get a pro-rate on my battery sinc Kanoa was able to get me a discount on my battery part. I was told on the phone before coming in that I was able to get a pro-rate on my battery since I've only had my car for a little over 3 years. According to Kanoa I wasn't, but gave me a discount anyways. With my new battery I am now currently under the warranty of 3 years new battery and 3-5 years pro-rate. It seems ridiculous to me that since I bought the car brand new and form Windward Honda it should have automatically been put in that 5 year warranty. More

My experience with Honda Windward service was excellent! Although I had made an appointment for a safety check, the service department also checked an unusual engine rattle and was able to schedule a repair Although I had made an appointment for a safety check, the service department also checked an unusual engine rattle and was able to schedule a repair that same day to resolve the problem. My service representative immediately confirmed that the repair was covered under my extended warranty and I was able to reduce my total expense. More
