The Treasure Coast Toyota Service Department’s standards are already so high, and still Christian’s performance as a Service Advisor was absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to Treasure Coast Toyota for service on my Tacoma since 2017. The care and clarity I’ve observed from the Service Department was a heavy factor in my decision to purchase the 2023 RAV4 for my wife from Treasure Coast Toyota, and Christian’s performance has only reinforced my opinion. Christian was able to provide expert advice on the next steps I should be taking with regards to the RAV4’s service. He was able to easily answer all my questions, which really helped to put my mind at ease. His attention to detail ensured the service appointment went smoothly. Christian’s professionalism was evident in the way he spoke to me; speaking with authority and clarity. My interaction with Christian really served to elevate the status of Treasure Coast Toyota. I feel that I can trust the advice I’m receiving when people like Christian are working in the Service Department. Overall, my appointment with Christian was unlike any I’ve experienced. I left feeling informed and comfortable, something I rarely feel when dealing with vehicle service. I had a bad experience with one individual who no longer works there about a year ago, and they understood where I was coming from and the frustration I had with the vehicle I was sold and really made up for it this time! Patricio listened to my needs, didn’t make me feel pressured into buying a car I didn’t need or upselling me. He showed me a car with everything I was looking for and I got a great affordable car! Richard was great! He remembered me from the last time I was there! He explained all of the financing and options. I felt very comfortable signing on this car. Called on a Wednesday made appointment, asked if parts were in stock, girl said pretty sure. Saturday recieved a confirmation on appointment. Arrived Monday and waited an hour or so, was informed parts were in stock, girl said pretty sure. Saturday recieved a confirmation on appointment. Arrived Monday and waited an hour or so, was informed parts not in stock. Could order aftermarket parts for me. Why were parts not checked on before confirmation call? Just brake pads and an oxygen sensor. Over 2 hrs wasted and 25 miles driving. Went for genuine parts, they said they could get pads from auto zone and I'd still have to pay full price. If you're going to make appointments, check on parts asked for. I clearly said rear brakes and a front oxygen sensor. Not hard to check on. Receptionist didn't even tell service department what appointment was for. First bad review I ever wrote, this was very disappointing and inconvenient More
