Decently well. Went here for an oil change. End up getting the works package. Turns out I needed not just and oil change but an air filter and a battery. Hadn't been Went here for an oil change. End up getting the works package. Turns out I needed not just and oil change but an air filter and a battery. Hadn't been there in a well so I said ok. Give me the works! Everything went well, except for the service representative miss quoting the price of my battery she said $59.99. When I got to the counter the price was $159.99. Well the battery was already in the car so I had no choice but to pay. Overall very nice service. More

Friendly,knowledgeable, accommodating. Went to Hawk Ford in OakLawn for labor day sales event to see the Escape. They helped me with all my questions between the different trim levels. I Went to Hawk Ford in OakLawn for labor day sales event to see the Escape. They helped me with all my questions between the different trim levels. I wanted a certain color and trim package which they were able to bring from another Hawk Ford. Everyone from sales to finance to management was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased my new Escape SEL in the color I wanted with the panoramic sun roof and the safety package. Overall great experience and highly recommend dealer. More
