Karen was great. Dan in finance not so great. Dan put add-on costs, warrant & gap insurance onto our loan when we didn’t ask for it. Nor did he disclose any fees he added. I wonder how much of that he received. As far as I’m concerned he is a thief & I wonder how many other people he scammed. I just happened to catch it. My son came in to buy his first car & unfortunately it was not a good experience which really upsets me. Thought him not to trust anyone. Karen was great & very personable. More

Everything went well, except for the service representative miss quoting the price of my battery she said $59.99. When I got to the counter the price was $159.99. Well the battery was already in the car so I had no choice but to pay. Overall very nice service. More
