I went in needing to replace my current car while in recovery from a broken leg and the sales team was great about making sure I didn't have to travel far between test drives, carrying things for me. Overall a good experience and they were very friendly and patient to work with. And another employee gave me a ride to drop off my rental car when it was all over. More

Successful purchase at Wilde East Towne I drove about an hour to visit Jerry Ortega (sales, used) to see a 2005 Honda S2000. He was extremely helpful and I found it very easy to talk to him I drove about an hour to visit Jerry Ortega (sales, used) to see a 2005 Honda S2000. He was extremely helpful and I found it very easy to talk to him about the car and ask him questions about the buying process. He was very knowledgeable about the car (which was very helpful since it isn't a common car) and quickly answered any questions I had about Wilde Honda's buying process. He was very open about answering questions related to items that were no longer original on the car or items that weren't included when Wilde Honda obtained the car. Additionally, Jerry was also very helpful over email leading up to my visit by providing me helpful info and responding to my questions. He was very friendly and courteous throughout the process, and even kept in touch after the purchase, which I very much appreciated. While I feel comfortable that I would have been able to work out a fair price on this car at an average dealership, it was extremely easy to work with Wilde Honda and Jerry to buy the car with their no haggle pricing, and thought the experience was very good. More

WILDE HONDA EAST TOWN MADISON IS GREAT!!!! I had looked for just that right used Honda Fit Sport car which met all my parameters: low mileage, great CarFax, excellent pricing, had been Certifie I had looked for just that right used Honda Fit Sport car which met all my parameters: low mileage, great CarFax, excellent pricing, had been Certified Honda, CarMax inspected or clearly been over the years maintained then clearing documented given maintenance/updated pre-sale and came with a low interest rate and low monthly payment because I live on a very low, disability income per month. This was because I came in with a beyond excellent credit rating and excellent trade-in to offer! There is a significant difference between sales approaches and what dealerships offer with their vehicles, like willingness to include a small thing like a paint touch-up bottle and major concern such as a dealership's availability of contacts for low interest and low monthly payment financing! I had a very bad experience previously with a Honda dealership so I was cautious when I approached Wilde Honda East Town Madison. I drove a Toyota for 11 years and loved it! But, after checking out almost every hatchback car on the market (I need a hatchback because of my disability), I felt that the Honda Fit Sport met my driving needs best! I was so, so, so fortunate to catch the attention of the PRE-OWNED CAR MANAGER SHAWN STITTLEBURG at this Wilde Honda who via email and telephone calls with great help from SALES PERSON CHUCK LARSON, who both were extremely patient answering my zillion questions. I was honest about a previous negative Honda dealership experience. Shawn and Chuck, plus the financing staff, at this dealership jumped through hoops to make sure that my experience in being able to trust them when driving about 60 miles to their dealership to purchase the car was EXCELLENT! THEN TWO DAY AFTER MY PURCHASE, we had extremely cold weather and my car had been sitting out in the cold only for a day and a half. I don't drive many miles or wouldn't even go out in extreme cold but I had an important medical appointment to get to. But, my car would not start! I panicked! I called Shawn at Wilde Honda East Town worried that of all things, because I used my "key entry" to get my driver-side door to open, I thought I might have messed up the car's electronic system! That is how dumb I am about cars! Shawn was wonderful. He calmed me down, realizing that I wasn't angry about the car but worried about it! He said, "No. Your battery is not working." Even though the Honda Certification extension program does not cover battery replacement, Shawn immediately made arrangements with a nearby (to me) connecting dealership to jump start my car and had them place a new, very good battery in my car .... at the cost of the Wilde Honda East Town Madison dealership!!! That is FIVE STAR service from Chuck and the dealership! More
