Our First Experience with Wilde was MUCH better! We bought a Honda Accord in August 2015 and we had a WONDERFUL experience. Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable. Because it was so smooth and ou We bought a Honda Accord in August 2015 and we had a WONDERFUL experience. Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable. Because it was so smooth and our overall experience was wonderful we went back in May of 2016 for a 2nd vehicle. I wish that I could say this experience was as wonderful as the first. Laura and the gal we worked with for financing, Karen were top notch and wonderful. However, the vehicle we purchased has been basically a lemon since day one. Because it was a used vehicle the Wisconsin Lemon Laws are not applicable. This vehicle has been in for repairs for the same issue a minimum of 5 times since we purchased it 3 months ago. The ONLY reason there was almost a month between "visits" was because we were gone for 2 weeks and the car sat and was not driven. Our first clue to run the other direction from this vehicle should have been on our test drive. However, we trusted that they fixed the issue. I will be the first to say that if we received one of these emails to fill out on the actual "service department fixing" our vehicle I would not be able to rate it positive at all. I can NOT express enough that Laura, Karen and Elisha L.(who is the service rep) have been wonderful to work with. More
