This was my third truck to buy from the James Woods dealership. The prices were fair and the customer service was excellent. Karen Pattison was my salesperson for my last two trucks and when I go back dealership. The prices were fair and the customer service was excellent. Karen Pattison was my salesperson for my last two trucks and when I go back for my next truck she will be the person I ask to be my salesperson. She made buying my trucks easy while making sure I received the truck with all the options I wanted. Before I left the parking lot she made sure I understood all the new options on my truck. More
