Recall and First Service I brought in my 2015 Legacy for the Eyesight recall and 6000 mile service. Service was fine but took somewhat longer than I was initially told as I wa I brought in my 2015 Legacy for the Eyesight recall and 6000 mile service. First Rate Service! I brought my Subaru Legacy in for service in July 2015. The customer service representatives are unfailingly polite. They needed to order parts, and I brought my Subaru Legacy in for service in July 2015. The customer service representatives are unfailingly polite. They needed to order parts, and I needed to come back for a second appointment. They kept me apprised of the cost of the parts and they arranged for the second appointment as soon as the parts came in. I get the best service from Cityside Subaru. More

Wait a week for service, problem caused by them! I recently had my oil changed at Cityside Subaru, only to have them tighten the oil filter so much that it cracked. A few weeks later, I noticed a bur I recently had my oil changed at Cityside Subaru, only to have them tighten the oil filter so much that it cracked. A few weeks later, I noticed a burning smell and smoke coming from my engine. I had my car towed to Cityside, only to hear that they would look at my car NEXT week! Luckily, they were very nice they squeezed my car in to check if the issue was a quick fix. I'm happy they squeezed by car in, as they realized the issue was an easy fix and caused by them! More

Consistently fantastic I have gone to Cityside several times for service for both my own Subaru and my wife's Subaru. They are consistently good - call back when they say t I have gone to Cityside several times for service for both my own Subaru and my wife's Subaru. They are consistently good - call back when they say they will, usually finish sooner than they think they will, and help out by providing loaner cars for longer service. I only wish they were closer to where I live, but they can't do anything about that! Thanks Cityside! More
