I can remember many unpleasant hours waiting for routine service in other dealerships with noise from the service area and from television blaring in the waiting room. Cityside's three areas adjacent to the sales floor - one with television, two without and one with desk space and all with free wi-fi - made that experience a pretty good one. I recently moved to Bethany, Connecticut. Do you have any recommendations for a dealership with your high standards in this area? More

Broken AC repair My car was not blowing cold air with the AC on, and I brought it in for service. It was not repaired on the first attempt, as it took a bit of digging My car was not blowing cold air with the AC on, and I brought it in for service. It was not repaired on the first attempt, as it took a bit of digging to find the source of the problem. I was kept continually informed of the status throughout both times my car was in the shop, I was given a loaner vehicle with no questions asked, and my car's AC was repaired in full (finally). Best part is everything was covered under my extended warranty. Thanks for all the help Cityside! More

Professional Service Got roof racks installed on my 2014 Subaru. Staff was helpful in showing me the roof racks and helping me decide if our current Yakima system would wo Got roof racks installed on my 2014 Subaru. Staff was helpful in showing me the roof racks and helping me decide if our current Yakima system would work on the racks. They also waived my service fee and only charged me for the roof racks. Only complaint would be that I didn't want a wash but it was sent out for a wash so I ended up waiting longer than expected. But the staff is always very helpful and professional. I appreciate the fee waiver and the patient working with me as I decided how to move forward. More
