Spoke to two Just leased a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Criswell Germantown and love it. Due to my budget constraints I wasn’t sure I could get one. Spoke to two other Alfa dealers first and it was looking bleak, even after a lot of back n forth negotiating. I had a max price I could do and they made it seem impossible. About to give up, I tried Criswell as they had many in stock that I liked (Great selection btw! They really know how to order their vehicles with the optimal options and colors etc). I made an online inquiry and Karifa called me right away. I explained my situation and max price. He told me he’d try and would get back to me soon (wasn’t holding my breath). Sure enough he called me back in 5 minutes to tell me we’re good!! At first I was skeptical- no haggling? I was thinking there must be a catch, but Karifa put me at ease. Turns out I got super lucky getting linked up with Karifa. Not only is he great at what he does, he is genuinely a good guy! He cares a lot about his customers and it shows. I almost never write reviews, but this experience was so over the top exceptional I feel compelled to. If you’re in the market for a Maserati or Alfa, call Karifa. Trust me. You will see right away what I’m talking about. The dealership is top notch as well- great selection, friendly staff, etc. Again, this was by far the best car buying experience ever! The car is amazing. Equally amazing was the experience of purchasing the vehicle at Criswell Maserati Alfa Romeo in Germantown. Karifa in Sales was fantastic to work with. Since the purchase was late night on a Monday there wasn’t a lot of maintenance staff on hand for the car prep so Karifa took car of it himself. The extra attention to the sale and my satisfaction were much appreciated. Krystie in Finance was super easy to work with and very efficient (usually the finance paperwork process is the low point of the purchase experience). More

We quickly found a model that met my requirements and then got through the test drive and trade-in appraisal process in short order. The deal sheet was simple and clear and the trade-in offer exceeded my expectations. Krystie was pleasant to deal with, professionally presented additional options for warranty, service, etc. and we got through the payment process with no pressure for extra's. I spent a little time with sales manager, Robert Buchanon to talk more about Maserati and the dealership. Before I left I met Anthony in their service department and had all my preliminary questions answered. Any reservations I may have initially about buying my first Maserati or transacting with a new dealership were quickly dismissed.
