I buy a new car every 13 years whether i need one or not - there's a few reasons I bought from Karifa: 1. He gave me a great deal. 2. His Italian style in Germantown - the Salvatore Ferragamo belt he was wearing was worth more than my trade-in 3. His product knowledge and service - he's a man of the world.... Everything about the transaction was very pleasant - I had actually been in touch with Kara in August 2017 about a Guilia and he remembered that. Possibly I could have held out for more on my trade in - I really wanted to bring my 13 year old and have her scream " No Daddy, I want an Audi or a BMW like all my friends' parents do" to see if that could get me a few $$ off the deal...but Karifa had already given me a great sales price. And in the end, he gave me a couple of hundred $$ more on my trade in - a magnificent 2005 Honda Pilot. I was about to walk and he said: " Paul man, there's no way I can send you home in that Pilot - your wife needs to see you park a Stelvio in your driveway so I will give you a couple of hundred dollars more" Great dealership, great guy, great deal. He called once un-prompted to check in and when I informed him that our timeframe had changed, he offered help whenever we needed it and did not insist or rush us. The dealership discovered that they made a small numerical error that required a re-signing of a few papers. They apologized for the mistake and were polite about the very slight inconvenience to us. The error was in our favor, and they were forthright that we would keep that small amount. We bought the car this week, but have already sent Karifa's contact information to friends who are interested in buying from this dealership. More

They gave me more than fair value for my trade, and gave me a price I couldn't refuse on the Levante. When I came in to finish all of the paperwork, Karifa had me in and out within an hour - and he even came in long before his shift started, which was super helpful. If there were 10 stars, I would give it to these guys. While I have dreaded the car buying experience for most of my life, it was definitely painless at Criswell with Karifa! More

I planned to buy there but they did not keep the price as promised. I went to Arlington Maserati. It really wasted my time. I called Criswell and talked to Karifa Mara. I made a deal on telephone. Within less than 30 minutes, he texted back to me and agreed on the price I asked. I drove to the dealer and in less than 3 hours, I drove the new car back to Virginia. It was an amazing experience.
