Research validated this brand but Karifa, our sales consultant, showed us what this car is capable of delivering in terms of performance and value. He is awesome. If you go, ask for Karifa. Intelligent about this and other brands, no hard sell, and very very friendly with a constant smile. Felt more like a friend than a salesman. We purchased the car this evening. Apparently the Giulia was just named Motor Trend 2018 Car of the Year. Entry pricing in the 40's. Highly suggest you go to Criswell, ask for Karifa, and take a test drive. More

He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the Maserati brand as well as competitor's brands. He was very truthful and gave me the pros and cons of each brand. He offered me test drives for each model that I was considering and pointed out the differences in each. I wasn't ready to buy during my initial visit but after my "Karifa experience", I didn't go to any other dealerships because I was sold. He kept in contact with me, even during his vacation and was very low pressure. I purchased this month and the process was seamless. Karifa, thank you for your professionalism and in-depth knowledge. By the way, I never take my Levante out of Sport mode, I love to hear it roar! More

Karifa being such a thorough gentleman even stayed an extra hour after closing on his birthday trying to help us decide the vehicle. He even filled up all the necessary paperwork for us. He made sure to explain all the minute details and features of the Ghibli model that we bought which we would never be able to figure out ourselves. Karifa took such amazing care of us right till the delivery of the vehicle. He is such a warm, caring and friendly person that he became like family to us!
