His attentiveness to all my needs, patience in hearing all my concerns, and above all his professionalism in the entire process made me realize then that it would not be the last time we'd be meeting. As my lease was nearing its end, I contacted Karifa to see what my options would be for the next vehicle. He immediately responded back (both texted and called), first to see how I was doing, and second to see if I was interested in coming in to test drive the new Giulia at Criswell Maserati. So, I agreed. Karifa could not have been more welcoming and (yet again) professional. He deciphered through my concerns and steered me towards a Giulia that was right for me--and not for him, the dealership or the numbers. Karifa, unlike other sales professionals I've experienced, understands his roll in the entire car lease/purchasing process: he is the intermediary between the customer's needs/concerns and the car that is right for that customer. He does all this with a great amount of enthusiasm, class, and optimism--which, in my most recent experience, reassured me that I was making a decision for myself, by myself, and without any external pressure. My experience at Criswell Maserati would not have been complete without Rob Buchanan and Krystie Zhang. Both Rob and Krystie were quiet professional and patient with me in the entirety of the process. After I had selected the Giulia I desired, Rob and Krystie crunched the numbers; and while doing so, they both made it evidently clear that they would do anything within their bounds (even staying after hours) to have me drive off with my brand new Giulia. Overall, it is clear to me, after my experience with Karifa, Rob, Krystie, and with extension with the entirety of the (small) Criswell Maserati family, that they are just that: family. Nowhere in my experience was I pressured to make a decision I didn't want. Rather, my questions and concerns were assured by Karifa, Rob, and Krystie in a calm and professional manner. Would I recommend the Criswell team--especially Karifa, Rob, and Krystie? Yes. Was my experience with Criswell a memorable? Absolutely. Am I enjoying my decision to go with the Giulia? You bet. More

Car buying really can be enjoyable.. Our experience began weeks prior to purchase as we wanted to see the new Alfa Romeo Giulia. At our initial visit we fortunately met our sales specialist, Karifa Mara. He spent time making us comfortable and showing us Giulias. Because the cars were just being introduced, there were not yet a lot of choices in the configuration we wanted. Karifa told us he would contact us when a car was coming that he thought we would like. He did exactly as he said and kept us well informed regarding a car that was arriving and that met our needs. We returned to the dealership to see the car. It was as described and we purchased the Giulia the same day and drove away. The entire process was relaxed and enjoyable. Karifa Mara is a consumate sales specialist. He paid attention to what we wanted and answered our many questions. He has a cordial professional demeanor. On one occasion he did not know an answer, admitted it, and found the answer for us. We developed great confidence in Karifa Mara. We doubt we would have found and purchased the Giulia if it had not been for him. He introduced us to his managers and the service director. Everyone was very cordial. It certainly appeared they enjoyed what they were doing and worked very well together. We received a tour of the service area and even the mechanics said hello and were very friendly. We were very impressed by the entire dealership operation. We feel fortunate to have had such a nice dealership experience and we really like the Giulia. We hope to deal with Karifa Mara again in the future. More

In fact, we had two other car appointments scheduled later that day. However, our experience was simply so overwhelmingly awesome, we left with the car of our dreams the same day. We'd been in the market for about a month and visited many dealerships but as soon as we were greeted by our salesman, Karifa, we knew things would be different. Hands down the best car buying experience from the start to finish -- we absolutely felt like VIPs the entire time even though we weren't buying the most expensive car on the lot. Highly recommended and can't wait to tell others about this experience. More
