Great Alfa Romeo buying experience! I recently purchased a used 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C from Karifa Mara at Criswell Maserati. Karifa was very pleasant to work with, and I will highly recomme I recently purchased a used 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C from Karifa Mara at Criswell Maserati. Karifa was very pleasant to work with, and I will highly recommend him to my friends and peers. After submitting an Autotrader email about the car, Karifa's email responses were prompt and helpful. He did not call me excessively or attempt to chase me down. As I am really short, he had his service department move the driver's seat in the car so that I could come down and safely test drive it before I arrived. Alfa Romeo 4Cs require manual seat height adjustment, so this gesture was extremely appreciated. The initial price of the car was below my expectations and the buying experience was simple, straightforward, and pleasant. After a brief negotiation, we reached a deal that I felt was mutually beneficial to everyone. I was in and out, in roughly 2 hours end to end. I was traveling to visit family prior to visiting Criswell Maserati, so I had my mother bring me to the dealership. Karifa made it a point to talk with her and entertain her while I was occupied. I really appreciated his willingness here as well. While I didn't interact much with them, Omar and Robert were also very pleasant to speak with when I did chat with them. I highly recommend Karifa and Criswell Maserati. More

Low to no stress whatsoever, friendly customer service from everyone whom I encountered, and attentive service when completing a sale. Chuck Lewis and Rob Buchanan were excellent to work with. My main salesman was Karifa Mara. We had met on a previous visit to the dealership, so returning to actually buy a vehicle was like reconnecting with an old friend. He was extremely attentive even to the fact that my son was getting hungry during the paperwork processing for the sale, and so he found him something to eat and drink. This is A++ service all around. Even the young service associate, Roberto, was an example of genuine attentiveness. all around this is the perfect example of customer service at its best. I have just bought my first Maserati, but this will not be my last, and I will come to Criswell to purchase the next one too! Keep up the great work! More

An enjoyable - car-buying experience I came to the dealership to drive the Alfa Romeo Guilia. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment with Karifa, and he was a pleasant person to work with. I don't know how to say this politely, but in the past when I have dealt with car salesmen, I've left feeling like I needed to get a shower to scrub the "ick" factor off. My dealings with Karifa were not at all like that. He's personable and knowledgeable, and will tell you when he doesn't know something, rather than making stuff up. I will cheerfully recommend Criswell - and specifically Karifa. And I'll definitely be recommending my Alfa Romeo Guilia, as well - the car is a blast. Robert Buchanan worked with me on some of the paperwork associated with the lease arrangement; he, too, seems like a good guy to deal with. When I'm a car dealership, my senses are tuned to the "Shields up / assume that everyone you meet is trying to find an angle to pick your pocket" mode. I most definitely DID NOT have that feeling at all with these gentlemen. Note: I dinged the "quality of work" one star because the license plate on my car was attached using screws that are too long, so it kind of flops around. That's a silly little thing, but it's wrong, and on a car that is both beautiful and in the "luxury" category, it's the kind of thing that should be noticed and done right. That last comment was way, way into the details. Back to the big picture: When my lease is up on this car, I'll be back. That is something I've never been able to say about any new car dealership I've made a purchase from in the past. It's a refreshing change. Thanks, gentlemen. I will be recommending you, and Criswell Alfa / Maserati, to friends and colleagues. More
