I’m a dealership kind of person - also a Honda kind of person. I’ve dealt with a lot of service departments. This one is the worst. the service was terrible unrespectful and "the Manager" does not know how to take care of his client. I was using Costco to find the dealer and i will report it. GUSTAVO CARDENAS did his job and trying to assist me after the nightmare visit METRO HONDA! More

I have a honda accord 2019 sport , i lost control of the gas prdal while i am driving and got few break errors , the errors gone before i go to the dealer service and they check the car and told me Nothing gas prdal while i am driving and got few break errors , the errors gone before i go to the dealer service and they check the car and told me Nothing wrong and once i left the same problem happen again , they didn't take my issue seriously now the car keep doing the same issues and the codes keep come and go and i don't know what to do , i am scared to take me on this car because i am scared to get accelearation issue again More

I had my extended warranty for 100000miles or 7 years that I paid extra . Well, to my astonishment, I found out that it started with the previous owner !!!!! What the heck! I would had NEVER bought it an that I paid extra . Well, to my astonishment, I found out that it started with the previous owner !!!!! What the heck! I would had NEVER bought it and I was disgusted! How can the company do things like this cause I had no intention of owning my car for 7 years and I don’t drive that much ! To me this is a scam! Beware of anything extra ! More
