Took a 15 sonata to them to find out what's wrong with the car. They said would be $299.00 to let me know what's wrong with a brand of car they sell. Week later they say oh we need $2000.00 to see what's the car. They said would be $299.00 to let me know what's wrong with a brand of car they sell. Week later they say oh we need $2000.00 to see what's wrong with it. This place is a joke!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!! More

Parks helped me turn a horrible experience into a great one. I had a horrible experience at the dealership in Ocala, and Parks did everything they could to make it right even though it wasn't their problem one. I have tried to make an appointment to have some service recalls completed on our two Santa Fe’s. This is in January 2022 and the earliest I can schedule appointments online is July 2022. This is very poor recalls completed on our two Santa Fe’s. This is in January 2022 and the earliest I can schedule appointments online is July 2022. This is very poor service for recalls and/or maintenance service. I have call and chatted online to schedule service they could not give me an earlier appointment, they did take my name and telephone number to pass to the service department to have them call me. This has never happened. I call and left a voicemail for the manager to call me to discuss this matter, he has never returned my call. I wonder how they stay in business their customer service is terrible. Looks like I need to take my Santa Fe’s to Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala. More

DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! I was visiting Gainesville for work and live 3 hours away. I had my car towed in at 10am Tuesday due to it would not start, and they did not touch my car until the Gainesville for work and live 3 hours away. I had my car towed in at 10am Tuesday due to it would not start, and they did not touch my car until the Wednesday at 3pm. They did care that I was from out of town. They had no compassion at all to look at my car as soon as possible. I had to be back home Wednesday morning for work so i had to rent a care and then come back there 2 days later to pick it up. They could not recreate the issue and they did nothing to my car. If they would have touched my car the first day I would not have had to do so much extra driving and wasting money on a car rental. More

Superb from test ride to sale and excellent afterward ! The last car I bought was a 2009 Hyundai Sonata which I traded in on my 2019 Hyundai Ionic Blue Hatchback. A lot has changed in the ten years since The last car I bought was a 2009 Hyundai Sonata which I traded in on my 2019 Hyundai Ionic Blue Hatchback. A lot has changed in the ten years since as far as technology and the cost of new cars. Everyone that I interacted with at Parks Hyundai of Gainesville was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and eager to be of assistance. I knew I wanted a fuel efficient car so I picked the 2019 Ionic Blue Hatchback. Salesman Chris Clark took me for my first test drive because Salesman Ariel Romain was working with another customer at the time. I returned a couple times to the dealership before I decided to go forward with the purchase. I was not an easy sale but Scott Wilkinson and Ariel Romain worked hard to make me a deal I wouldn't pass up. Even though I had a pre-approved loan from my credit union, the 1.9% rate from Hyundai Capital America was too good to pass up. I bought the car on Sunday afternoon and even though the dealership normally closes at 5 PM, my salesman Ariel, his manager Scott , and the business manager Jackie Fralic all worked past 6 PM to complete the transaction and send me off happy. Today I picked up my spare tire kit from the parts department and the service department installed it. I even got a free car wash, a great cup of coffee, and a freshly baked cookie. Lots to learn about my new car but I can count on the Parks Hyundai Team to answer my questions and keep my car running like new for years to come. Great Job All ! . . More
