2017 RX 350 Dealership sold me a brand new 2017 RX 350 in March. I brought it in for service 3 times within 4 months for the same issue. After the 3rd time I was Dealership sold me a brand new 2017 RX 350 in March. I brought it in for service 3 times within 4 months for the same issue. After the 3rd time I was told it was a known issue with this model and there was nothing they could do. I contacted lexus who stated there is no such known issue. The issue was never resolved! The worse experience ever with a vehicle! Dont ever buy for this dealer or Lexus! More

Great Service Adviser and Service Team I came in to have my navigation system looked at. I met with and discussed my issues with the NE Representative, Rick. Rick showed a genuine interest I came in to have my navigation system looked at. I met with and discussed my issues with the NE Representative, Rick. Ms. Kelly Sforza, service coordinator, was very professional and courteous. David, at drive-in, was cordial and explained to me the work that was to be completed. Barry, at pick-up, was very friendly and helped with a lingering question I had. The work was completed in a timely fashion. Overall I am very happy with the people and service at Ira Lexus of Manchester! More
