This is the second Genesis we have purchased in the last three years here at Paramount Genesis. Jamie Wright has always gone above and beyond for us and is not only our salesman, but has become a good friend as well. Laney in service has the same drive to give us the best service experience possible. She always makes sure we are aware of whats going on during the service and keeps us up to date on appointments. The finance department (Colby Cloninger and Karrie Powell) went out of their way to help me with my finance and service packages and patiently went through them all and answered any questions I had. Samantha was amazing to work with. What made it even better was that the customer service was fantastic considering I was buying a car from out of state (Texas). Communication was also very good and Samantha was there even after all the paperwork was finished and kept me updated until the moment the car was loaded onto the truck for delivery to me. More
