My sales professional at Paramount Hyundai of Hickory was Karrie Powell, and she exceeded every expectation I could possibly imagine for a new vehicle purchase! My weekly work schedule precludes most "in person" interaction with the dealership, except on weekends. Since the dealership is closed on Sunday... Karrie had to "jump through a lot of hoops" to get the preliminary work done throughout the week, to ensure my transaction was successfully conducted & concluded on a Saturday. Karrie sent two charming, very descriptive videos of a Tucson & Santa Fe for me to review and compare. I selected the Santa Fe, as both models were in the same price range and both had the same size engine. That being the case... I went for the additional space! I've been a "fan" of Hyundai vehicles for years, primarily because of their focus on quality & customer satisfaction. This is my THIRD Hyundai purchase, and ALL THREE have been through Paramount Hyundai. If you're considering a new or used vehicle purchase... Hyundai should be first and foremost among your considerations! In the "growth cycle of a business"... Hyundai is still in the "growth phase". They have a FIFTY YEAR BUSINESS PLAN, and intend to become the world's number one car manufacturer. As mentioned previously... they plan to do this primarily through emphasis on quality & customer satisfaction. If you want the best "bang for your buck"... Hyundai -or- Genesis are the brands you should be considering! My interaction with Karrie Powell & Allen Queen in getting this deal done in a timely fashion was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I've ever had. Peruse their vehicles online, and if you see something you're interested in... reach out to Karrie Powell! [You won't regret it!!] She will take your needs, wants, & desires into consideration, while helping you consider which vehicle is best for you and your budget.
