The overall service was good. I had an appointment for an oil change, and the wait time was about an hour. I had a coupon which they honored which was great. However, when I went I had an appointment for an oil change, and the wait time was about an hour. I had a coupon which they honored which was great. However, when I went to pay, they had done a tire rotation, that I did not ask for, for an extra expense, which I was not expecting to pay. Which bothered me. I am old school, so my daddy always taught me to look at the bill to make sure the expenses are correct BEFORE I pay! Probably, a lost art, however a good skill to possess and pass on, so people are not taken advantage of. I went ahead and paid the bill without any exception, because he also taught me that a workman is worthy of his wages. However, with respect If I want my tires rotated, I will ask and pay for that service because I asked for it. I would NOT like for it to be assumed. Thank you for your time. More

This experience was not as good as I have grown accustomed to. When I drove in, there were 4 or 5 people standing in the drive through area but no one came over to help me. Felt weird for us all to accustomed to. When I drove in, there were 4 or 5 people standing in the drive through area but no one came over to help me. Felt weird for us all to just be standing around. The work done was as expected and I appreciated the info on what was being done and for how much. After the multi-point inspection, they found a few things that they recommend to be fixed and sent me both an email and text about this. I however was not expecting to be communicated to like this and so i was not looking at email and texts. After 90 min (for oil change and tire rotation) I thought it had been a little long, and when i checked it appears that they were waiting on my response to the suggested repairs. Had I known this i would have been paying closer attention and I think i would have saved myself some time sitting in the waiting area. Of course I would ALWAYS prefer personal interaction, so I do not see why it would be time consuming or burdensome for the Service Manager to come over and simply ask me what I wanted done. But at a minimum, tell people to pay attention as an email/text will be coming with suggested additional repairs and the completion of the ticket will be waiting for my response. Also, it would have been nice to check the tire pressure when tires are rotated. Two of mine where low. Waiting area, as always, is always nice. More

Earlier this week I picked up the vehicle only to find out that the issue was not resolved. I was asked to bring it back the next day. After bringing it back a second time the issue was not resolved and out that the issue was not resolved. I was asked to bring it back the next day. After bringing it back a second time the issue was not resolved and the service advisor indicated that "there was nothing else to be done". So I am left with the vehicle with no resolution. More

They already had a rental vehicle ready for me, which allowed me to continue with my daily responsibilities without interruption. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciated the fact that they took care of everything in advance, ensuring that I wouldn’t have to wait. Their attention to customer convenience and high level of service made the experience outstanding.
