The car was a present for New Year's eve, and Kate did everything possible, right from the day we placed the order, to make sure that I had the car in time and that the day was as special as could be. She kept me apprised of the car's whereabouts (from the factory floor, to the docks, through processing and to the dealership), and it made the process much more exciting. She has a very pleasant way about her and is a credit to the BMW/MINI brand. Thanks, Kate! David handled the delivery for us, and he is an absolute gentleman. However, Sam Tutton is a shining star who makes the most difficult deals a pleasant experience. In fact, he put together a complicated purchase over the phone. He gave me a great price on a 2019 fully loaded Countryman Iconic S All 4, valued my trade based on photos I sent to him, and arranged financing through MINI Financial. I am 71 years old, and have never encountered an auto salesperson who is as gifted as Sam at crafting a deal as quickly and professionally. I must give credit to Herb Chambers management both for hiring Sam and supporting his independent approach. If you are looking for a MINI, seek out Sam Tutton for the best auto buying experience of your life. More

Moustafa took care, as usual, with the paperwork, and we ended up having a delightful conversation about the necessity of "rule of law." Now where else would you expect to find that in a car dealership?! Service at Herb Chambers Mini, meaning Matt and Mark, is always outstanding. My Minis have always run beautifully; usually the only thing that needs changing are the tires and the windshield wipers. I can't speak too highly about the friendliness of David and the whole staff. You won't be disappointed, especially if you cringe at the thought of having to deal with car people. I can vouch that these are *not* those kind of folks. More
