I have been in the automotive industry for 30 years. I have had the opportunity to work, learn and expand my automotive knowledge in our state-of-the-art service department for most of them. I have also attended automotive technical classes as well. I joined our sales team in September of 2009 after a leave to raise my children. I’m very thankful for my warm welcome back. I have always had a passion for automobiles and hope to apply it towards your needs. I have been married for 24 years. We have 3 daughters 21, 18 and 14. I’m on tour with them when I’m not here at Helms Bros.

I can only judge Helms Bros. by our salesperson, Kathleen Baade. We would never deal with anyone else. This is our 4th or 5th lease. We look upon her as family. We buy as well as our 2 sons. Amazing sales experience!!!! We love Helms Bros!! Kathleen Baade, our salesperson has gone above and beyond all expectations on numerous occasions. Her motto is “I’ll take care of everything” and on two purchased vehicles now she has been amazing. Not only has she handled mundane questions about our vehicles but she has gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Kathleen is a true credit to Mercedes and to Helms Bro’s!! She has ensured our satisfaction on every request. This is now my 5th MB Kathleen Baade , Jack Liparoto and Rich Grein are awesome !!! I am now on my 5th MB with Helms Brothers. I purchased my 1st one in 2008 when I worked Kathleen Baade , Jack Liparoto and Rich Grein are awesome !!! I am now on my 5th MB with Helms Brothers. I purchased my 1st one in 2008 when I worked close to the Helms Sales and Service Centers. Although I live on Long Island and no longer work in Queens I continued with Helms and also had 2011, 2014 and 2017 models because the dealership and Service Center are unparalleled and a leader in luxury automobiles!!! More
