I purchased a Pontiac Soltice from another dealership and took it to them to get it serviced since I had bought it there for an oil change. After they had it for four hours with me having an appointment and had not even started on it, I got my keys and walked out. I called the service department at Ramey Ford, talked to Kathy and she told me that they could take care of that car too. Rameys will always get my business. More

The next day Kathy called me at my home adv From the moment I walked into the service department , Kathy Carter(service advisor) listened to my needs. The next day Kathy called me at my home advising me of more needed repairs , requesting my approval. Kathy sent a car for me when repairs was complete on my vehicle. I was really pleased when I got to talk with the mech. who had made the repairs on my car. He explained the repairs and why my brakes had failed. I thought the repair cost was in line with other shops. I received a big THANK YOU from Kathy as I was leaving. More
