We came up to have techs look at the grab handle on the passenger side that had come off......we did have a very long wait for that, an hour and a hal We came up to have techs look at the grab handle on the passenger side that had come off......we did have a very long wait for that, an hour and a half wait exactly, for them to tell us, we would have to order the part...and return again from pearisburg, va, where we live.....But to make a long story and wait, short, they sent me a letter telling me when the part came in, I made a first thing appointment the next week, We came up, they fixed it right up and whoolah, we were out of there in approximately 20 minutes.......Thank you for a quick fix. More
