I wasn’t originally gonna give 3 stars, I was thinking only 2 but the only thing that saved me to continue to purchase from this dealership was the finance managers team. I purchased my truck May 12,2023 only 2 but the only thing that saved me to continue to purchase from this dealership was the finance managers team. I purchased my truck May 12,2023 it is now May 24, 2024. I have asked 3 or 4 times for the second key. Seems like they don’t really care as far as that end goes but the actual purchase of the truck and finance portion was extremely great. Just wish they would take the customer serious. Would really like to have my second key that they promised an individual named “Erin” would bring in. More

The dealership, salesman and service dept are fantastic. The only problem I have is not with them but with the fact that ford stopped putting cd players in there vehicles' That is fine for some people but I The only problem I have is not with them but with the fact that ford stopped putting cd players in there vehicles' That is fine for some people but I don't like being forced to stop using what I enjoy. If I want to listen to a group or song I want to be able to put it in and listen to it not request it through the computer and might get to listen to it in two or three days! For this reason if I can't find a new vehicle then I will have to go back to used vehicles that have cd players. I've tried all the auto stereo bussines' and best buy but none of them could help! More
