Kathy Fulton ordered a new car for me in December and because of supply problems she said may have to wait until the end of January before it was delivered. I was very surprised when she called January 5 and I picked it up the next day. Kathy is the best person I've ever bought a car from. Anyone should be happy to get her as a salesperson. Honda is the best automobile for dependability and style, and Vann York High Point is the most inviting dealership to visit, especially for finding my particular model of choice. The sales force is exemplary and Vann York High Point is the most inviting dealership to visit, especially for finding my particular model of choice. The sales force is exemplary, of which Kathy Fulton stepped forward for me. She anticipated my questions about the vehicle I chose—the HR-V—and patiently took me through the phases of introducing features and qualities. She let me test drive it twice, and become familiar with its newest options for driver convenience and comfort. The experience was pleasant and gave me confidence that purchasing this vehicle was the best decision for me. Then the team of financial people did an excellent job on getting the paperwork done in fast order. In a reasonable time I signed on several dotted lines, and drove away in my HR-V, happy having dealt with a truly dedicated group of Honda employees at Vann York. Thank you so much! More

I just took ownership of my new 2022 Honda HRV this past Saturday. With the help of Kathy Fulton, it was an easy transition from my trade-in to this new vehicle. She went over all aspects of the my new car and set up the electronics for me. She helped me get affordable accessories ordered while we waited on my new vehicles prepping that she requested ahead of time for me so a separate trip wouldn’t be needed in the future. I really appreciated her going above and beyond when she assisted my sister in transferring multiple heavy parts to my electric scooter from my trade-in vehicle to my new vehicle. She just automatically helped out! I can’t thank her enough! More
