From the very beginning, Kathy Maki was genuinely kind hearted, attentive, and made us feel welcomed. With her extensive knowledge of cars, she helped us find the car with the trim level we were looking hearted, attentive, and made us feel welcomed. From test driving to getting out the door price, she made it a seamless experience without the hassle. She was very professional and principled, allowing us to connect and feel comfortable about the process. At the time of purchase, I had low blood sugar from skipping a meal since I was excited about a new car. She was concerned and offered a variety of healthier snacks from her personal stash which made me feel valued. We are new to the Lexus family and look forward to experiencing continued great customer service. We highly recommended Kathy Maki to our friends and family. More
