I purchased the Platinum Extende her team while paying for top-tier coverage(Platinum Extra Care), this Lexus dealership is a “five-star” experience. I purchased the Platinum Extended Warranty-supposedly the gold standard-and was told my reimbursement for a TPMS sensor wasn't covered because it was 'broken.' Apparently, internal failure during normal driving doesn't count unless it fits their narrative. The manager or who ever she is confidently misinformed me (nice try), then doubled down when challenged. Either they don't know what the warranty covers, or they're hoping I don't. Pro tip: read your contract and come armed with the truth. You'll need it! More
