Attention to Detail and Customer Satisfaction Driven From the moment I stepped onto the showroom floor I was greeted and treated in a professional manner, they were quick courteous and efficient with my From the moment I stepped onto the showroom floor I was greeted and treated in a professional manner, they were quick courteous and efficient with my time and did everything they could to make this a simple straightforward and easy process very pleased with all that I encountered. About 2 weeks after purchasing my pre-owned vehicle I found an issue with the defrost and Heat which is strange to find this time of year but I was advised to bring it in, I dropped my vehicle off and in less than a week they have me fully serviced back up and running with no hassle at all. This has been by far the best experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend the gates family to anyone! More

GO GATES! Sadly my 2013 Pathfinder was totaled in an accident- the three of us inside totally protected! I am impressed with the safety of the vehicle. Shopped dealers within 100 mile radius for replacement- as usual, Gates had the best deal- my beautiful 2017 Pathfinder sits in my garage! Michael and Ali made it an easy and quick transaction. I am very pleased! I have been coming to Gates for service since 2013 and will continue to do so- for everything from oil changes to tires, Gates Nissan is very competitive! Excellent emergency service I recently received excellent service from Gates Nissan and especially from Kathy in the Service department. When visiting family in Kentucky (I live I recently received excellent service from Gates Nissan and especially from Kathy in the Service department. When visiting family in Kentucky (I live in Maryland), my Nissan Altima hybrid suddenly displayed one of the dreaded warning symbols, indicating to stop driving immediately and contact nearest Nissan dealer. Gates Nissan was not the nearest to my location but they were the friendliest and most helpful in getting my car in to be checked out (despite their very busy schedule), part ordered, car repaired and back on the road for our 500 mile trip back to Maryland. Kathy in the Service department was exceptional in working with us and keeping us informed of the status of repairs. Every employee we encountered was friendly and genuine which meant so much to us as we were worried about the safety of our long drive home. They were great!! More

The staff at Gates is always friendly and very attentive to the customer. They always keep me up to date on the ongoing service and explaining in detail as to any additional service needed, other than initially requested. They never fail to explain the total service performed and the associated cost. I look forward to each and every visit to Gates Nissan Service center. More
