Had a great experience We had an intermiting problem with our Sentra, that would not log a code. And would only act up at certain places on the drive my wife takes to work. We had an intermiting problem with our Sentra, that would not log a code. And would only act up at certain places on the drive my wife takes to work. Which is a very difficult problem for the service department to diagnosis and fix. The whole service team worked with us and were able to fix our Sentra. We could not be happier with how they all worked with us and the Nissan Tech Line... And corrected the problem. More

Always easy and effortless I had to change my service time at the last minute so I could run my dog to the vet. We came after the vet appointment and they let her wait in the s I had to change my service time at the last minute so I could run my dog to the vet. We came after the vet appointment and they let her wait in the service waiting area with me so we wouldn’t have to sit out in the sun! (Of course she is cute)! I appreciated that. The other thing I’m always so impressed with is the cleanliness and comfort of the service area. I’ve always had very good experiences with Gates. More

Gates Nissan Service I have never been more pleased with the service at Gates Nissan. Kathy and Pam have been the best. I am especially amazed at what Pam did. She went out into a hard down pour to retrieve our umbrella from our loaner car, which was several feet away. This was way beyond the call of duty. Thanks again. More

They are familiar with how we drive our vehicles and recommend what we may need to look for. My wife drives the maxima to work which requires much travel in remote areas. Kathy and Pamela pointed out to us that she would need to pay attention to the rear brakes because they were begining to wear thin. Looking out for their customers is important to Gates and it shows in their employees. More
