Our car has 105,000 miles and operates like it is brand new by following the service protocol followed at Gates. More

Aramada & Rogue Owner I own a Rogue and my work owns an Armada, we will only go to Gates for service. They are ALWAYS friendly, timely and informative. I never feel like we are getting pressured to do any services that are not needed, the service team is very honest with their work, which you do not find at many dealerships. Above and beyond The transmission in my 2011 altima failed just 3700 miles past my warranty. I took it to gates and Kathy went to work, advising me the steps to take. The transmission in my 2011 altima failed just 3700 miles past my warranty. I took it to gates and Kathy went to work, advising me the steps to take. I called Nissan and they agreed to pay for half of 3450.00 repair. Kathy continued to work on my behalf, my final cost was $755.99. For a brand new transmission. Praise the Lord. And thank you Kathy.. And my mechanic Frank. That is going above and beyond and I will purchase my next car from Gate's.. you always have wonderful customer service. More
