Above and Beyond Service I recently had to have a new transmission put in my new Altima. Although I was frustrated that the transmission went out so quickly the staff and Gate I recently had to have a new transmission put in my new Altima. Although I was frustrated that the transmission went out so quickly the staff and Gates Nissan went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. Everything was covered under warrant and Kathy even made it a point to call me to check on me the next day after picking up my car as she knew I was having some issues trusting the car. Kathy and Pamela were excellent. So very caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend Gates Nissan to Everyone! More
