Love this team! I have driven Nissan's for years and work just across from one of the biggest Nissan dealerships in Lexington. However I can't imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else but Gates Nissan. I trust Pamela and Kathy 100% and the service team is great! I never feel taken advantage of, never feel they are trying to sell something I don't need, or replace something that doesn't need replacing. I have been going to Gates for many years and consider them all friends. I have recommended Gates to my Lexington friends that drive Nissan's and several have made the drive to Richmond. More

Great service ( a nearly forgotten art) I have always bought my vehicles here and use the service for regular maintenance . I recently had to buy a set of tires , being a member of Costc I have always bought my vehicles here and use the service for regular maintenance . I recently had to buy a set of tires , being a member of Costco I assumed they would have the lowest pricing and they are right across the street from where I live . I would've paid a little more to buy tires were serviced vehicle and was shocked to find out that they were less expensive . Great job Gates Nissan!!! More
