The staff provided us with a loaner car so that we could make the most of our day while the work was being done to our vehicle. The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming every time. Battery Issue We had a battery installed in our 2012 Maxima and had an issue with the cables becoming loose and causing the car not to start. I got the vehicle star We had a battery installed in our 2012 Maxima and had an issue with the cables becoming loose and causing the car not to start. I got the vehicle started and home and called Gates. Pamela and Kathy told me to bring the vehicle in and they would take care of the problem. Long story short they fixed the problem free of charge and cleaned the engine and the exterior of the car. Very pleased with the service at Gates Nissan. More
