Dissatisfied We arrived at 11am for an 11:15 appt for an oil change and tire rotation. This appt was made 2 weeks prior to our visit; however I felt like we were We arrived at 11am for an 11:15 appt for an oil change and tire rotation. This appt was made 2 weeks prior to our visit; however I felt like we were being worked in for service. We were there over two hours for the appt. Previous appts have never taken that long, and always included a car wash. Our car was not washed on Wednesday, but we were told we could come back anytime for a car wash. We live an hour away, and I'm not sure we will make this trip again. More
