Excellent service experience. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. We came in without an appointment, and Kathy worked us in in a timely manner. I went to the service center as the warning light was on for maintenance of tires. The service people checked and I didn't need rotation but they were nice to change the oil and give me a price on two new for maintenance of tires. The gal at the service of the garage is always friendly and appears to enjoy her job. I was not in contact with anyone else. The wait was not long and the service was excellent and I had a car wash too which I appreciated! More

If you have a Nissan then Gates Nissan is the only place to go for service. Kathy and Jessica are great! They always greet you with a smile when you arrive plus they are always checking back with you to mak to go for service. Kathy and Jessica are great! They always greet you with a smile when you arrive plus they are always checking back with you to make sure that you are ok. They keep you well informed on what is going on with your car. Kathy is always very helpful. Then when you are ready to check out and leave, you get to deal with Shauna. Shauna greets you with a great smile and is very friendly and helpful. Gates Nissan is the only place I will take my Nissan. THANKS!! More

Wiring for trailer lights had a short and had to be replacded. It took 2 trips but the service person and mechanic were very helpful and it was not their fault it required a second visit. replacded. I purchased a Nissan Altima from a Chevrolet dealership and they only provided me one key. I needed to purchase a backup key FOB in case that one was lost or destroyed. The only thing that could've been and they only provided me one key. I needed to purchase a backup key FOB in case that one was lost or destroyed. The only thing that could've been better with the experience was the length of time it took to program the key FOB and I do not know if that was of any fault to the technicians that it took over an hour. I will try to come back to Gates Nissan when I am due an oil change or for service. Kathy Smith was very helpful and although they were busy and I did not make an appointment, they fit me in. Thanks guys. More

I have always had great experiences with this dealer and this time was no exception. Kathy, my service advisor was very friendly and helpful. The repairs to my car were done in as timely a manner as possibl this time was no exception. Kathy, my service advisor was very friendly and helpful. The repairs to my car were done in as timely a manner as possible and since they had to order a part, they gave me a very nice loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired. Luckily my repairs were under warranty so I wasn't out any expense for that part. The only thing I think could have been better was I was only reimbursed $75 out of a $125 towing bill which means I was out of pocket $50. For a warranty claim, I would think I should have been reimbursed 100%. Still it could have been a lot worse, and still a good experience from a great dealership. More
