Excellent service as always for my 370Z. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They even replaced a part that was on recall (which I wasn't aware of) during my oil change. I only trust Gates Nissan always friendly and helpful. They even replaced a part that was on recall (which I wasn't aware of) during my oil change. I only trust Gates Nissan of Richmond to service my vehicle. This is why Ive purchased my last 3 vehicles from them. More

I called the service department at 9 AM on the day of my service and Kathy was able to book me at the requested time. I had an appointment in the area earlier than requested appointment time, the timing wor service and Kathy was able to book me at the requested time. I had an appointment in the area earlier than requested appointment time, the timing worked out great. I waited approximately 1 hour for the routine service to be completed. I appreciated that they were able to book the appointment and that the wait time was reasonable. I thank Gates for the service and the fact they clean your car before you leave. Good job. Thanks More

Kathy helped us get a rental car and get our car repaired. She was friendly and attentive to our needs. We have had our car in for service several times and it is always done with ease. From the time I entered the door, I was greeted with professional and courteous staff. My repair services required an over-night delivery of a part so a "loaner" car was provided....Great! In addition professional and courteous staff. My repair services required an over-night delivery of a part so a "loaner" car was provided....Great! In addition to my primary concern (head light replacement) the service department completed all the outstanding "recall" updates for my vehicle. I'm new to Kentucky and so glad that Gates Nissan was able to "keep me on the road safely." More

Bill and Kathy are an asset to this organization. I have been very pleased both times that I have been to Nissan with the service. I have purchased our last 4 vehicles at Gates Nissan and always walk away with a great car. They go out of their way to get you in the car you want. Everyone at Gates is very nice and make you feel comforta always walk away with a great car. They go out of their way to get you in the car you want.
